Canyon Oaks Unit 1 is one of 4 subdivisions governed by the COPOA Board of Directors, the COPOA By-Laws, and one of three subdivisions regulated by the COPOA Restrictions. The Board of Directors is elected by the members of the subdivision, at large, for three year terms. This subdivision also shares in the COPOA Park which is located at the river on County Road 349.
