The Concan Oaks Subdivision is governed by the COS Board of Directors, the COS By-Laws, and is regulated by the COS Restrictions. The Board of Directors is elected by the members of the subdivision, at large, for three year terms. This subdivision has a River Park which is located North of the Second Crossing on the West side of the river, off of County Road 349.
